How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your booking, email joel@howesoundservices.com or text 604 848 8976 with your booking reference number. We will process your request and confirm via email within 2 hours during operating hours.

Cancellation timing is measured from the moment we receive your cancellation request, not from the time you sent it. We recommend emailing during business hours (8am–8pm PT) to ensure prompt processing.

Rescheduling is always free, at any time before your session, subject to availability. We encourage rescheduling over cancellation whenever possible.

In all operator-initiated cancellations, guests receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to any available future date at no additional charge.

Deposit vs. Full Payment

If you paid a 50% deposit at booking:

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive within 20 minutes of their session start time, without prior communication, will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refund or reschedule. If you are running late, please contact us as early as possible — we will always try to accommodate where we can.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end via Stripe. Depending on your financial institution, the funds will appear in your account within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at booking.

Group & Corporate Bookings

For Private Group, Retreat Package, and Corporate Wellness bookings, a separate cancellation agreement may be in place as outlined at the time of booking. Generally, larger bookings carry a longer required cancellation window. Refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms applicable to your reservation.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards can be applied to any available booking.
