We recommend arriving prepared to make the most of your time on the water. Please bring your own towel and robe — cozy blankets are provided on board. A private change room is available on site, complete with hooks and dry storage for your towels and clothes. Feel free to bring any snacks or beverages you'd like to enjoy on the platform. Footwear is not required once you're aboard. Everything else you need is waiting for you.
Within Wild is accessed exclusively by water. Please arrive at Britannia Marina 15 minutes before your scheduled session — your host will be there to meet you. You'll be ferried across by boat and welcomed aboard for your experience. At the close of your session, your return transfer will bring you back to the marina. Full arrival details, parking information, and a map pin are sent with your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made 72+ hours before your session receive a full refund. Within 48 hours: 50% refund or complimentary reschedule. If we cancel due to weather or fire conditions, you receive a full refund or free reschedule.
Absolutely. Most guests are experiencing a floating sauna for the first time. We walk you through everything before your session begins — temperature guidance, how long to stay in, and how to approach the cold plunge at your own pace.
Rain doesn't stop us — many guests love sauna sessions in the rain. We monitor weather and fire conditions daily. If conditions are unsafe (high winds, active fire bans), we'll contact you immediately and offer a full reschedule or refund.
